At SOUNDPEATS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and charging cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
